Apply as an individual

Every candidate applies individually. An application expresses interest and does not make the candidate a selected warrior. The initial form covers identity and contact, riding, archery, wrestling and other skills, motivation, travel and event availability, safety, and permissions. Follow-up questions depend on earlier answers. The document’s target completion time is 5–7 minutes; this has not yet been measured with applicants.

What may be requested next

Shortlisted candidates may be asked for skill videos, evidence of competition achievements, horse and equipment details, a coach or sports-organization reference where needed, and further eligibility or safety information. These are later-stage requests, not all mandatory initial uploads.

The planned application journey

Once the backend is available, the planned sequence is: complete the application, verify email, receive an application reference, undergo administrator review, provide additional information if requested, and pass through selection. Selected profiles are published only with permission. Aravt membership and captain selection are organized later. The current local preview does not send an application, verify email, issue a reference, or save candidate information.

Application statuses

The planned statuses are Draft, Submitted, Under review, Additional information requested, Shortlisted, Selected, Waitlisted, and Not selected. No live status tracking is available in this frontend preview.

Publication and private information

Data-processing permission and permission to publish a name, portrait, and profile are separate. A selected warrior’s public introduction may include a warrior name, portrait, country and flag, short biography, experience, achievements, personal motto, and introduction video. The planned profile includes four 1–10 skill scales; no ratings are assigned in this preview. Private phone numbers, email addresses, full birth dates, identity documents, and sensitive information are not part of public profiles.

This is an interactive local preview. Applications are not open here: no information or files are sent, saved, or received by the organizer. Use sample details to explore the form.

Before you make plans

What do competitors need to know about safety?+

The rules require protective equestrian helmets. Technical regulations must establish venue conditions, equipment, eligibility, medical readiness, and referees’ authority to stop competition.

Where are transport, lodging, and timing details?+

The supplied materials do not contain confirmed transport, accommodation offers, or a detailed timetable. Visitor information will be updated when these are available.
